Family and Matzo Ball Soup

We have been blessed with the presence of Grandma Rhoda and Stephanie for the last couple of days. So, of course we went swimming... and made matzo ball soup!

Matzo ball soup is a traditional jewish dish. Matzo is unleavened bread, and matzo balls are made from the unleavened bread crumbs, egg, oil and chicken stock. They are formed into balls and cooked, then served in chicken soup.

We are coming out to Utah for Thanksgiving :)

Welcome!
