What a cutie. This was Nicholas getting ready to go to Great-Grandma's for Passover. It was a great Passover at Grandma's.
Not much has been new other than me doubling my hours at work with a crazy schedule that has me at work from 6am-9am and then back again from 5pm-9pm. It's kicking my butt for real, but it will be good to have a little bit of extra money as we prepare to move up to Gainesville in June. We are SOOOO excited to get up there. We signed the rental agreement for our new apartment (it's the 2 bedroom townhouse layout), and today I wrote our second to last rent check for the apartment that we're in now! I announced it to Tyler and he got excited too.
Tyler has been thinking about job hunting in Gainesville, and wants to get on a grounds crew for a course up there, so he emailed a councilor that has been helping him with a lot of things like which courses to take and how to prepare for transferring in to UF. He asked her if they had any connections, and she forwarded his request to the head of the department who said he would see if he could place him in a job and also said that he looked forward to having Tyler join the program. That was pretty exciting to read!
If anyone hasn't heard yet, Chelley is engaged and we're really excited about that. Seeing pictures of the two of them, and stuff I could tell something was different with this one, so I'm really happy for her! His name is KL Brandis. So she will be Chelley Brandis. So, I win the "simplest last name" contest in my own little family. Johanson beats Brandis and Glineki. But for the overall family, Aunt Chris takes the cake for sure. How can you beat marrying Bob Smith?!? I think she cheated. :)
March Madness was a bust for me this year. I usually do pretty well, and always beat Tyler but this year I did HORRIBLE with a capital HORRIBLE. I'm pretty bummed. But I should have known this year would be a disaster based on the fact that University of Florida got paired with BYU in the first round!!! What the!?!! What are the chances of that, really? Talk about house divided! It was intense. I picked BYU and Tyler picked UF but we both felt like traitors, and so it was bittersweet for me when BYU won. Stress......
Anyway, so like I said that's about it here, just work and home work and home, and school in there for Tyler. And a whole lot of Cuteness Buteness from the Buggy Baby.

Congrats to Chelley! And congrats to you on the name thing. And yeah, my mom totally cheated. :) I'd probably be in the running with a last name like James though, right? What does the winner get?
Well, the "contest" was put in place based on the last name originally being "Gwilliam" but James rocks it for sure. However, I think Tamara got a lock on 2nd with FOX. :) The winner gets the joy of never having to explain "William with a G. No, it's not the middle initial and there's no S on the end" ever again! lol
